I loved this car. I loved this car. It survived a theft and a massive accident, but it was never the same after the crash.

To carry on the theme from last year, here’s a quick summary of the music I listened to in 2010. It’s interesting to compare to what I listened to in 2009, with only two artists appearing in both lists making 80% of the music I listened to this year, new.
Florence + The Machine was a clear winner over last year’s runner-up and mainstay Amy MacDonald with Metric, Marina & The Diamonds and Ellie Goulding rounding off the top 5.
My Top 10 (2010)
I wonder what will be in store musically in 2011 - more of the same or a whole load of new sounds?
Just a quick shot of the 5 series parked up outside the cottage. Seems to like its bush setting, don’t you think? :P
You wouldn’t think the cottage was on a farm with two others looking at the view from the back verandah. This area was constantly filled with amazingly colourful birds and cute rabbits.
It was a lovely day for taking the dogs down to the beach. Had the opportunity to test the waterproofness (is that a word?) of my hiking boots. They did pretty well until Tonks dragged me into the surf to shin level chasing the water!
This shot was taken from the north side of the verandah. Bush everywhere and the sounds of birds filling the air.
Found this lovely, deserted bit of coastline while geocaching between Dunsborough and Busselton.
The cottage is one of three on a property in Metricup about 20 minutes north of Margaret River. This is the farmland to the south of our cottage.
The front view of our accommodation for the week. Very impressed with the place and will probably stay there again. The dogs loved it!
